Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Senior Engineer for Building Services in Adelaide, working on high‑quality fire, security, HVAC, and lighting & power projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure NCC compliance, and sign off on engineering outputs as the compliance authority.

The role involves hands‑on collaboration at the office and manufacturing facilities in Lonsdale, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and engage with Defence, mining, data centre, and substation sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Proven experience in building services engineering with expertise in at least two areas (fire, security, HVAC, light & power).
• Strong understanding of NCC and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct building services projects with a clear engineering vision.
• Design and oversee implementations across fire, security, HVAC, and lighting & power systems.
• Act as the compliance authority for NCC and related standards in project outputs.
• Collaborate with designers, trades, and technical teams; mentor junior staff.
