Job summary

Private Certifiers Australia in Brookvale NSW is seeking a Building Certifier to lead complex assessments, issue CDCs and CCs, and perform critical stage inspections across residential, commercial, and multi-unit developments.

You will provide NCC/BCA guidance, coordinate with councils and project teams, and mentor junior staff, leveraging your NSW registration and local planning knowledge to ensure strict compliance with EP&A Act and standards.

Qualifications

• Current registration with NSW Fair Trading as a Building Certifier – Class 1 (Restricted A2) is essential.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience operating as a registered certifier in NSW (private sector preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of the NCC/BCA, NSW Planning Legislation, and local government planning policies.
• Current, full NSW Driver's License.
