As our Senior Bridge and Structures Engineer, you'll play a key role in the long-term planning, management and improvement of Lake Macquarie's bridge and structure assets. Working within the Infrastructure Asset Management Team, you'll help ensure our bridges, major culverts, retaining walls, pedestrian bridges and other civil structures remain safe, reliable and sustainable for our growing community.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, strategic asset management and stakeholder engagement to deliver meaningful infrastructure outcomes.
You are an experienced civil or structural engineer with a strong background in bridge and structural infrastructure asset management. You enjoy solving complex problems, making evidence-based decisions and influencing positive outcomes through collaboration and technical expertise.
You can confidently manage competing priorities, communicate complex technical information in plain English and build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
