LSKD is seeking a Senior Brand Experience Designer to lead the visual and experiential strategy for our global retail footprint. Based at our Logan HQ, you will transform physical spaces with signage, graphics and wayfinding that energise communities and drive retail growth.

You will bring 6+ years of experience in environmental graphic design and large-format production, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated graphic design experience in environmental graphic design, retail and signage.
• High-caliber portfolio with retail signage systems and experiential campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of large-format printing, substrates, fabrication, and color calibration.
• Proven track record designing for high-energy community events and activations.
• Able to partner with cross-functional teams across Store Development, Design, Merchandising and Marketing.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Bring the LSKD brand to life across store graphics, signage, typography and visual storytelling.
• Design signage systems and wayfinding that integrate with store design and architecture.
• Create experiential retail campaigns for pop-ups, launches and events across global markets.
• Develop bold VM graphics, window displays and campaign takeovers with the VM team.
• Collaborate with external production teams to localise concepts with premium execution.

The Senior Brand Experience Designer at LSKD leads the strategic vision, design standards, and physical visual execution across our global retail footprint and physical brand moments. Sitting at the intersection of brand strategy, spatial design, and environmental graphic design, this role sets the master blueprint for store signage systems, experiential retail campaigns, and community event activations.You will transform physical environments into high-energy hubs that elevate the community experience, build deep connections, and drive long-term retail growth.

This is a full time role due to commence around March 2027, based in our Global HQ in Logan.

How you'll make an impact...

• Bring the LSKD brand to life across every physical touchpoint, from store graphics and signage to typography and visual storytelling.
• Create standout experiences for pop-ups, product launches, community events and new store openings across global markets.
• Dream up bold VM graphics, seasonal campaign takeovers and eye-catching window display graphics alongside our VM team.
• Design high-impact signage systems, environmental graphics and wayfinding that seamlessly integrate with store design and architecture.
• Partner with Store Development, Community Marketing and external production teams to bring creative localisedconcepts to life with premium execution.
• Push the boundaries of physical retail through innovative materials, sustainable print solutions and interactive experiences.

What you'll bring to the role...

• 6+ years of dedicated graphic design experience, with a proven focus on environmental graphic design (EGD), physical retail, spatial brand experience, and directional signage systems.
• A high-caliber portfolio demonstrating strategic retail signage systems, large-format spatial execution, environmental typography, and experiential campaign design.
• Expert technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) working knowledge.
• Deep technical understanding of large-format printing processes, physical material substrates, architectural signage fabrication, structural fixtures, and color calibration.
• Proven track record of designing for high-energy community events, experiential retail activations, and localised consumer touchpoints.
• Proven capability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders in Store Development & Design, Visual Merchandising, Product Merchandising & Marketing.
