Job summary

Lyka, Australia’s pet wellness pioneer, seeks a brand-obsessed, multi-disciplinary Brand Designer to join the in-house marketing team at Lyka HQ in Alexandria. You’ll craft elevated designs that balance performance with storytelling, from performance ads to packaging concepts, taking projects from concept to polished delivery.

You’ll collaborate with design leads and cross-functional teams, owning campaigns, guidelines, and design systems while inspiring a love of dogs and wellness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years design experience in FMCG, lifestyle, retail, or brand/creative agency environments.
• Strong design and art direction with a conceptual and strategic edge.
• Experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality creative assets across digital, print, web, packaging, social, and internal channels.
• Concept, design and iterate performance marketing creative with Growth to test concepts and drive results.
• Maintain Lyka's visual identity across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams on campaigns and launches.
• Translate briefs into compelling concepts that strengthen brand recognition.
• Contribute to design systems, brand guidelines, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
