Job summary

Baumgartners in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Senior Bookkeeper to manage full-function bookkeeping across multiple client accounts. You will handle payroll, BAS/IAS, budgets, and client reporting with a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recently in bookkeeping, public practice preferred.
• Experience handling multiple clients and multitasking.
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting practices and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of full function bookkeeping services, including compliance obligations
• Management of PAYG withholding, superannuation guarantee and payroll tax reporting requirements
• End-to-end payroll processing
• Preparation of client management report packs
• Preparation of client's operating budgets
• Preparation of BAS and IAS
