Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a BMS Senior Technical Services Lead to provide specialist technical support to internal technicians, engineers and sales, helping resolve BMS software, firmware and hardware issues across projects. The role requires extensive BMS product experience, strong HVAC deployment skills, software programming knowledge and a Tridium certification.

Qualifications

Electrical/electronic engineering degree or equivalent.
5+ years in technical support/delivery.
Extensive BMS product experience.
Strong HVAC engineering and deployment experience.
Software/PC programming experience.
Tridium Certified Professional.
Highly organized and structured approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer and solution oriented approach.
Proactive team player focused on quality and first-time fix.

Responsibilities

Provide Specialist Technical support to all internal technicians, engineers and sales.
Assist in the resolution of technical issues for Honeywell field technicians on Honeywell Installed BMS software, firmware and hardware.
Assist as SME for TRR’s relating to BMS solution design during the Sales process.
Deliver training programs for HBS Staff, customers such as consultants, specifiers, end users and the local authorities so that they can learn from Honeywell’s latest technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices.
