Qualifications

• Electrical/electronic engineering qualification required.
• 5+ years in technical support or delivery.
• Extensive HBS BMS product experience required.
• Strong HVAC engineering and deployment experience.
• Tridium Certified Professional is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Specialist Technical support to internal technicians, engineers and sales.
• Assist in resolution of technical issues for Honeywell field technicians on BMS software, firmware and hardware.
• SME for TRR for BMS solution design during Sales process.
• Deliver training programs for staff, customers such as consultants, end users and local authorities.
