Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Supervisor to provide technical leadership across Building Management System (BMS) projects. You will guide engineering teams, coordinate resources and drive successful outcomes across commercial, healthcare, defence, transport and critical infrastructure sectors.

Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership of engineering teams, strong stakeholder and project management skills, and familiarity with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams and technical resources.
• Strong stakeholder, customer and project management capabilities.
• Experience with Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Niagara or Trend platforms.
• Sound understanding of HVAC controls, DDC controls, BACnet and integrated building systems.
• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering resources, priorities and technical deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to engineering teams.
• Manage technical risks, project scope and customer expectations.
• Ensure engineering quality, compliance and safety standards are achieved.
• Partner with project managers to deliver successful project outcomes.
