Bunnings is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join the Data, AI & Loyalty team in Australia. You will work with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and Python to deliver insights that drive better business decisions across the organisation.

You’ll own complex BI solutions, influence data usage, and help build capability within a collaborative team that values curiosity and continuous improvement. Mentoring colleagues and embracing AI-enabled approaches are encouraged.

• Proven experience delivering BI and reporting solutions in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and data modelling.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from data.

Whether you're helping a stakeholder uncover an opportunity, mentoring a colleague, or improving how reporting is delivered, you'll play an important role in helping the team succeed together.What you'll needProven experience delivering Business Intelligence and reporting solutions in a complex environment.Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and data modelling.Experience developing dashboards, reports and visualisations that support business decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover insights from complex datasets.Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.Understanding of data warehousing, data governance and data quality principles.Experience mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge.Exposure to Python, Microsoft Fabric and AI-enabled tools will be highly regarded.You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.We love the diversity across our teams, brought together in an inclusive culture guided by our values.
