Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in BI, analytics or data roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex datasets.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong stakeholder partnering and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Deliver insights that support operational, clinical and business decision-making.
• Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards and reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical outcomes.
• Develop SQL and Python-based analytical and reporting solutions.
• Build trusted datasets, reusable metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Investigate data quality issues and promote data governance best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and Technology teams to improve data accessibility and quality.
• Provide thought leadership on reporting, analytics and data visualisation standards.
