Job summary

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is seeking a highly capable Senior BI Data Analyst to join our growing technology and data team. You will transform data into trusted insights, build Tableau dashboards, and develop SQL- and Python-based analytics to improve operational performance and patient outcomes across Amplar Health offerings.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate needs into measurable analytics and help shape the future of analytics within Amplar Health.

Qualifications

4+ years in BI, Analytics or data roles.
Advanced SQL skills with complex datasets.
Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation and data prep.
Experience building Tableau dashboards and visualisations.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
Experience communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends and risks.
Deliver insights to support operational, clinical and business decisions.
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical outcomes.
Develop SQL and Python-based analytics solutions.
Build trusted datasets and reusable metrics for reporting.
Promote data governance and data quality practices.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Technology teams to improve data accessibility.
