Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions – Batemans Bay NSW is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs across clinic, home, community and school settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based interventions, while collaborating with families, carers and other professionals to improve quality of life and community participation.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Core level or above.
• Strong understanding of Behaviour Support frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
