Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Penrith, NSW is seeking a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs in clinic, home, community and school settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions, while collaborating with families, carers and other professionals to improve quality of life.

Job description

You'll work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs across clinic, home, community and school settings, holding NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Core level or above. This is a role for someone with existing experience in the field who wants a multidisciplinary team around them and a genuine path into senior or leadership work.
