Job summary

Easygo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, to design, implement, and optimize scalable backend services in a fast-paced entertainment tech environment. You will write high‑quality code, participate in architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers to uphold engineering excellence.

You will collaborate with product managers and other engineers to ship reliable systems, tackle complex problems, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with backend focus.
• Experience with Node.js, microservices, Docker and cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for deployment automation.
• Proficiency in WebSockets/ Pub/Sub, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and propose solutions to drive team performance and OKRs.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to support growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to communicate technical concepts.
• Lead and independently complete medium-sized projects from start to finish.
