Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering, backend focus.
• Experience with Node.js, Microservices, Docker and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively code, test, debug, and ensure scalable backend systems.
• Lead technical discussions and drive team performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on architecture.
• Deliver medium-sized backend components from design to production.
