Job summary

Healthengine is seeking a skilled Integrations Engineer in a hybrid role, central to transforming healthcare experiences by enabling secure data transfers between patients and providers. You will work with product teams to surface data and integration events, collaborate with partner engineers to build robust integrations, and ensure uptime and security for Healthengine's platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating third-party services via APIs or direct database connections.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Comfortable working across multiple codebases and learning new languages/frameworks (PHP, C++/Qt).
• Proven ability to debug complex issues within internal systems and isolate faults in third-party platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MSSQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to expose data and integration events for high-quality products.
• Work with partner technical teams to design, build, and maintain robust system integrations.
• Perform deep data analyses to drive informed decisions.
• Coordinate with Healthengine's support team to ensure uptime for integrated practices.
• Create and monitor logging and alerts to maintain high confidence in integrations.
• Uphold information security practices to protect Healthengine and customers.
