Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems.
• Experience with distributed architectures and microservices.
• Ability to own end-to-end production systems.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure or DevOps is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend services using Go and Rust
• Own production systems from design through deployment
• Build and optimise scalable cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Contribute to data platforms powered by ClickHouse
• Help evolve our architecture as we scale globally
