Job summary

LGT Group, a leading Wealth Management and Private Banking group, seeks Senior Business Analysts to support strategic change across the Wealth Management business. You will own backlog, shape solutions from definition to design, and support high-quality releases across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Wealth Management or Financial Services and experience with regulatory/compliance projects. Familiarity with Avaloq is highly desirable. Positions are 12-month fixed-term contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
Experience in processes mapping, user story development and Agile frameworks.
Proven ability to work within a team and motivate others to achieve excellence.
Experience with Wealth Advisory/Private Banking platforms; Avaloq desirable.
Experience undertaking regulatory or compliance projects in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritise initiatives and resolve issues across streams.
Document requirements into sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
Create and walkthrough user stories with business and tech teams.
Support BA, developers and testers through sprint cycles to deliver value.
Ensure effective change management of process changes on deployment.
