Job summary

IOOF Holdings Limited is seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst for a 12-month max-term role in Australia. The position is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office, shaping customer-facing websites, tools, calculators and search experiences within the Customer Technology team.

You will bridge business and technology, set analysis standards, and guide BAs while partnering with Product, Engineering and Design to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior/Lead BA with multi-stream digital or enterprise technology programs.
• Coaching BAs and lifting team capability.
• Shaping solutions for new digital products, services and web/platform rebuilds.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, end-to-traceability.
• Data and integration analysis including APIs and migration/cutover.
• Outstanding senior stakeholder management at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex digital initiatives, guiding quality from problem definition to delivery.
• Coordinate and guide other BAs to ensure consistent discovery and requirements outcomes.
• Shape discovery approach and analysis planning for new product launches and web/platform rebuilds.
• Own end-to-end traceability from strategy through to requirements and delivery.
• Guide integration, data migration analysis, APIs and cutover requirements.
• Coach and mentor BAs; embed BA standards and quality gates.
• Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Engineering squads to design and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate workshops that drive clarity, alignment and decisions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to influence key decisions.
• Manage dependencies and delivery risk across squads and domains.
