Qualifications

• Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within superannuation or life insurance is essential.
• Experience in regulatory, risk, compliance, transformation or uplift initiatives.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis and end-to-end traceability.
• Strong agile delivery experience with backlog refinement and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and end-to-end requirements gathering across business, regulatory and reporting initiatives.
• Analyse and document business processes, controls, reporting requirements and future-state solutions.
• Maintain traceability from regulatory obligations through to requirements, business rules, controls, measures and outcomes.
• Drive backlog refinement, user story development, testing support and business acceptance activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across claims operations, risk and governance teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers, escalating issues and driving decisions as needed.
• Support reporting, governance and benefit realisation activities across the program.
• Help transition solutions, processes and documentation into sustainable BAU ownership.
