Job summary

norg.ai is hiring a senior digital marketing sales professional in Melbourne for a hybrid role. You will not cold call; you’ll be handed warm leads who visited our site, ran a free AI visibility audit, and provided a phone number to get results. Your first line is the audit follow-up, not a cold intro.

Expect around 90 dials per day, 10 real conversations and 2–3 booked discovery calls, with a two-call sale from audit to proposal. Deal sizes range from $500 to $4,000 per month on 12-month terms.

Qualifications

5+ years selling digital marketing, SEO, web or martech services.
A track record you can evidence with numbers, quota attainment and deal sizes.
Comfort with SMB and mid-market owners such as trades, manufacturers, professional services, clinics, retailers.
Genuine phone stamina and the ability to work a high-volume calling role.
The judgement to disqualify fast and move on from low-potential audits.

Responsibilities

Call audits and own the qualification: determine fit and close where possible.
Own the sales process from first dial to signature with no SDR handoff.
Progress from audit findings to proposal in a two-call sale.
Operate with speed: be on the phone within minutes of an audit landing.
