Core Talent Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in paving, hardscaping and stone supply for Tier 1–3 contractors across Sydney. You will lead the full sales lifecycle, win major tenders, and secure high-value contracts.

The role offers a lucrative base with strong commission, a company vehicle, and a supportive team environment. You will work from the Canterbury–Bankstown area with autonomy and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or BD for stone, paving, hardscaping, or civil construction.
• Strong network among Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, developers and councils.
• Ability to interpret plans, BOQs and deliver tailored commercial solutions.
• Proven track record in multi-stage tenders and six- to seven-figure contracts.
• High-energy, self-driven professional who builds pipelines, negotiates, and closes deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full B2B sales cycle targeting Tier 1–3 contractors and major sub-contractors to secure large-scale supply contracts.
• Proactively win high-value tenders for paving, hardscaping, and natural stone across Sydney, Greater Sydney and interstate.
• Build and maintain relationships with project managers, estimators, contracts administrators, and procurement decision-makers.
• Collaborate with estimating and technical teams to craft competitive tender proposals with balanced pricing and margin.
• Maintain a high-volume sales pipeline to consistently hit revenue and gross profit targets.
• Track industry trends and upskill on product innovations and relevant Australian Standards.
• Represent the business at construction industry forums and master builders’ events.
