Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise cloud environments in Melbourne. You will own hands-on delivery across Azure IaaS/PaaS, hybrid cloud and on‑premises integration, focusing on reliability and security.

You will lead infrastructure projects, implement IaC with Terraform, Bicep, and Azure DevOps, and collaborate with security, networking and application teams to optimise performance and resilience

Qualifications

15+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, primarily with Azure.
Proven expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid connectivity.
Strong scripting and IaC skills: Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, PowerShell.
Experience with security governance, identity, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise cloud infrastructure on Azure.
Lead CI/CD pipelines as code and incident resolution.
Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams.
Mentor teammates and drive architecture reviews.
