The ideal candidate has 8+ years of DevOps experience, strong Azure DevOps skills, and hands-on expertise with Terraform, ARM templates, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles.
• Strong expertise with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Boards, Repos and Artifacts.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (Azure App Services, VMs, Storage, AKS).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or AKS orchestration.
• Understanding of networking, security, and identity in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, ELK).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud deployment reliability and performance.
• Implement automated testing within deployment pipelines.
• Establish governance for cloud deployment and security best practices.
• Manage version control with Git and Azure Repos.
• Define and implement configuration management and container orchestration with Kubernetes/AKS.
• Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and backups in Azure.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-team initiatives.
• Stay updated with Azure DevOps tools and industry trends.
