Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Senior Developer to deliver policy‑driven authorisation using Axiomatics. You will work with the Technical Lead to implement, test, and integrate ABAC policies across applications and services.

The role requires 4–6+ years in security engineering or IAM and 3+ years with Axiomatics/XACML, with strong understanding of policy evaluation models. Onsite work five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience in security engineering, IAM, or backend platform roles.
• 3+ years’ hands‑on experience with Axiomatics, XACML, or ABAC frameworks.
• Strong understanding of policy evaluation models and attribute‑based decisions.
• Experience integrating authorisation engines with applications or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policy‑driven authorisation using ALFA/XACML.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to implement and test ABAC policies.
• Integrate Axiomatics PDPs with PEPs across applications and services.
• Design attribute resolution via PIPs and integrate with APIs/gateways.
• Implement automated policy testing, tracing, and validation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for policy deployment.
• Peer review policy code and configuration; optimize policy evaluation.
