Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Australia is seeking a Senior Technical Security Specialist to design, deploy, and support large-scale network and security infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires working with architects, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver secure, resilient network solutions.

You will operate at a senior technical level, manage multiple projects, provide Tier 3 technical support, and contribute to change plans, RCA/PIR, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise network design and engineering experience.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Vendor certifications in DDI and Security technologies are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network and security solutions across on‑premises and Cloud.
• Create detailed solution designs, architecture documents, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Architects, and project teams to understand requirements.
• Prepare configuration, system integration, and change plans.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and security incidents.
• Lead network upgrades with vendor coordination and RCA/PIR.
• Develop operation handover docs and runbooks.
