Shine Solutions Group is seeking a Cloud Migrations Specialist to lead end-to-end AWS migrations for enterprise clients, shaping strategy through to execution and modernisation. The role emphasizes delivery quality, secure designs, and FinOps-informed architectures.

You will mentor engineers, drive practice growth, and engage in accelerators, case studies, and thought leadership within a flexible, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification (current) with 7+ years across cloud, architecture and consulting.
• Proven track record leading enterprise AWS migrations end-to-end, AWS MAP experience preferred.
• Deep AWS architecture expertise spanning landing zones, multi-account design, networking, IAM, security.
• Strong consulting presence — run executive workshops and translate business drivers into actionable roadmaps.
• Natural people leader who mentors engineers and sets delivery standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients on AWS, owning end-to-end journey from strategy to execution and modernisation.
• Drive AWS MAP engagements, shape migration plans and govern wave planning, factory setup and cutovers.
• Provide delivery assurance, architecture quality, and secure-by-design FinOps-informed solutions.
• Mentor and develop consultants/engineers and contribute to practice growth through accelerators and thought leadership.
