Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior cloud architect to lead large migrations from on‑prem to AWS and Azure, designing hybrid and cloud-native solutions with strong governance. You will guide engineering teams, define roadmaps, and partner with security, delivery, and stakeholders to embed resilience and compliance.

You will leverage Terraform, CloudFormation, and modern DevOps practices, while mentoring colleagues and shaping cloud strategy aligned to business transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cloud architecture and enterprise IT experience.
• Proven experience leading complex AWS and/or Azure migrations.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead large-scale migrations from on‑premises/private cloud to AWS and Azure.
• Design cloud-native and hybrid solutions meeting performance, security, and compliance needs.
• Define migration roadmaps, governance models, and landing zones.
• Provide leadership and architectural oversight to cloud engineering teams.
