Job summary

DMSi is a leading ERP software provider serving North America and Australia/NZ. We seek a Sr Systems Engineer to own AWS cloud environments and Linux systems hosting our hosted SaaS applications.

You will automate with Terraform and Ansible, harden Linux fleets, and collaborate with security, development, and support teams to scale reliability and security. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Linux systems in a production environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS environments a plus.
• AWS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale AWS cloud environments supporting DMSi products including Frameworks, ACC, and data platform.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible for automated deployments.
• Administer, patch, and harden Linux servers across the fleet including OS version upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents at OS, network, and cloud layers, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with security to remediate vulnerabilities and apply hardening standards.
• Support networking configuration and troubleshooting including firewall rules, routing, and connectivity.
• Document build standards, runbooks, and architecture decisions for maintainability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production issues.
