Job summary

Toll Group, Adelaide-based, is seeking a Senior Quality & Safety Specialist – SPARAS to support safe and compliant rotary wing operations under the SPARAS program. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Safety Management System (SMS) and integrated Quality Management System (QMS), and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Safety, you will analyse safety and quality data, conduct audits and risk assessments, facilitate safety forums,

Qualifications

• Experience in Aviation Safety Management, Quality Management, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Experience with aviation Quality and Safety Management Systems.
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
• Willing to complete gap training for audits, investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of quality, safety and business improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Analyse safety and quality performance data, preparing reports and meeting packs.
• Conduct audits, investigations and risk assessments to support compliance and operational effectiveness.
