Job summary

Toll Aviation is seeking a Senior Quality & Safety Specialist to support the SPARAS program for SA Government. You will develop and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS) and integrated Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across rotary wing operations.

You will report to the Head of Quality and Safety and work across Toll Helicopters, Toll Uncrewed Systems and related training centers to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

• Ability to lead teams and provide guidance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with safety and quality management systems in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of quality, safety and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance SMS and QMS.
• Analyze safety and quality data, prepare reports.
• Conduct audits, investigations and risk assessments for compliance.
• Facilitate Safety Action Group meetings and safety forums.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
