Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Group in Australia is seeking an Audio Visual Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end AV solutions for our B2B customers. You will ensure solutions are technically robust, commercially sound, and ready for delivery, working with Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Strategic Account Managers on large opportunities.

You will scope, design, validate AV solutions, leverage vendor relationships, conduct discovery and site visits, present proposals, and help develop standardised

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AV solution development or related field.
• Experience designing meeting rooms, digital signage, and hybrid spaces.
• Proven client-facing experience presenting AV proposals.
• Knowledge of AV-over-IP and networking.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
• Certifications such as AVIXA CTS or Extron desirable.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and validate AV solutions with stakeholders.
• Leverage vendor relationships to shape designs.
• Conduct discovery sessions and site inspections.
• Present client-facing proposals and tender documents.
• Contribute to standardized AV design frameworks and documentation.
• Ensure solutions are documented and transition-ready.
