Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking an Audio Visual Solutions Lead in Lane Cove, NSW. You will drive end-to-end AV solutions for JB Hi-Fi’s B2B clients, coordinating with sales, inside teams, and account managers to deliver robust, commercially viable offerings.

The role requires extensive AV solution experience, vendor management, and the ability to travel to customer sites. Hybrid working models are recognised for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AV solution development or related fields.
• Experience in meeting rooms and digital signage.
• Proposal and solution documentation experience.
• Knowledge of AV categories, brands, and delivery methods.
• Experience leading multi-party solution development with vendors and teams.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and validate AV solutions with the Product Solutions Manager – AV & Installs, aligning with product strategy.
• Leverage vendor relationships to shape design and delivery methods.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and site inspections to define requirements.
• Present client-facing proposals, solution documents, and tender submissions.
• Develop standardised AV design frameworks, templates, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure solutions are documented and transition-ready with scope, BOM, and dependencies.
