Job summary

Round Table Recruitment is seeking a Senior AV Installation Team Lead to drive multi-project deliveries across corporate, education and government sectors in NSW. You will head installations of video conferencing, displays and LED walls, while mentoring technicians and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure delivery meets expectations.

The role is client-facing, requiring strong communication and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with video conferencing and AV/control systems.
• Experience in electrical/cabling/Telco/IT installations is a plus.
• Ability to lead field installations and coordinate with Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV installation projects across corporate, education and government sectors.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; manage installations end-to-end.
• Perform field quality control, cabling rough-ins and service fit-outs.
