Job summary

Technical Audio Group PTY LTD is looking for an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker to install, service and repair audio and electronic systems for clients in Australia. You will work with leading brands, perform setup, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and provide quality technical support while ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires a Certificate III or Certificate IV with 3+ years of Australian or overseas experience and valid work rights.

Qualifications

Certificate III plus 2 years on the job training or Certificate IV.
Australian Experience: At least 3+ years of Australian experience OR overseas experience.
Work Rights: Australian citizen, permanent resident or full work rights holder.

Responsibilities

Install and configure audio and electronic systems for clients, ensuring optimal performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
Provide technical support to clients and colleagues on product operation and issues.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate service records of activities, repairs and client interactions.
Adhere to safety regulations and standards while working with equipment.
