Job summary

Technical Audio Group PTY LTD is looking for an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker to install, service and repair audio and electronic systems for clients in Australia. You will work with leading brands, perform setup, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and provide quality technical support while ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires a Certificate III or Certificate IV with 3+ years of Australian or overseas experience and valid work rights.

Qualifications

• Certificate III plus 2 years on the job training or Certificate IV.
• Australian Experience: At least 3+ years of Australian experience OR overseas experience.
• Work Rights: Australian citizen, permanent resident or full work rights holder.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure audio and electronic systems for clients, ensuring optimal performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide technical support to clients and colleagues on product operation and issues.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate service records of activities, repairs and client interactions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and standards while working with equipment.

We need an Electronic Equipment Tardes Worker to perform the following duties:

Overview

As an Electronic Equipment Trades Worker at Technical Audio Group (TAG), you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various audio and electronic equipment. You will work closely with a range of products from leading brands, ensuring high-quality service and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Setup: Install and configure audio and electronic systems for clients, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic equipment, performing repairs and preventative maintenance as necessary.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and colleagues, assisting with equipment operation and answering inquiries regarding products.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other tradespeople and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and client interactions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and standards while working with electronic equipment.

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV
