mycar is seeking a Leading Hand Mechanic for Bundaberg (Kensington) to work hands-on on the tools and guide a small team. You’ll help the Store Manager with efficient workflow and precise job allocation across the workshop, ensuring quality workmanship.

This role suits experienced automotive technicians or supervisors who thrive in a busy workshop and are committed to safety, mentorship, and customer care. Weekend availability is required on every second Saturday.
