Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Test Engineer II to own test automation across API, UI, and mobile platforms in our Sydney-based IDVerse team. You will write, review, and debug production-quality test code, validate correctness, and leverage GitHub Copilot while ensuring maintainability.

The role collaborates closely with engineering, product, and UX to drive quality improvements, including authentication handling, session management, and end-to-end validation across

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience automating complex API or UI workflows.
• Ability to design and execute automated tests for API, UI, and mobile apps.
• Experience with CI/CD signals and test determinism.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of test automation strategies and execution across API, app, and UI layers.
• Design automation for complex, stateful workflows including authentication, sessions, webhooks, and end-to-end validation.
• Collaborate with QA to automate testing for new features and existing functionality.
• Identify, log, and document defects with bug-tracking tools for timely resolution.
• Monitor, troubleshoot defects with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and QA planning to report progress and risks.
