Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Senior Quality Test Engineer II to own test automation across API, app and UI layers. You will design, implement and maintain automated tests using Node.js, Mocha, WebdriverIO and Appium, collaborating with engineering, product and UX teams to raise quality.

The role requires strong JavaScript coding experience, hands-on automation in complex workflows, and a proactive approach to defect resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on JavaScript coding experience with test automation.
• Experience building/maintaining automation for API or UI workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and test reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of test automation strategies across API, app and UI layers.
• Design, implement and maintain automated tests using Node.js, Mocha, WebdriverIO and Appium.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, product and UX to improve quality.
• Log, track and help resolve defects; support testing of new features.
