Job summary

Vanderlande Industries in Australia seeks a Senior Service Technician for our Kewdale, Perth site. The role supports one of the country's most advanced automated picking solutions, working across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and warehouse control systems.

You will lead maintenance and troubleshooting to maximise system reliability, while partnering with the customer to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on automated material handling equipment to ensure optimal equipment reliability.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and provide expert support during system outages, minimising operational downtime.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse control system equipment to ensure optimum performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and spare parts records within the CMMS.
• Manage spare parts inventory and replenishment.
