Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Western Australia seeks a Senior Service Technician for its Kewdale, Perth facility. You will support automation across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems to maximise reliability and lead technical efforts on site.

Based at a flagship customer site, you will enjoy autonomy, partner with the customer, and maintain critical automation systems to ensure smooth operations and uptime.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified electrician, electrical fitter or mechanical fitter.
• Experience maintaining and servicing automated material handling or warehouse automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer, building strong relationships and delivering service.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on automated material handling equipment to maximise reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support during system outages to minimise downtime.
• Monitor warehouse control system equipment to ensure optimum performance.
• Maintain maintenance and spare parts records in the CMMS and manage inventory.
