Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts or service roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are valued.
• Ability to manage time and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn Titan system training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Relate with retail and trade customers to identify exact parts needs.
• Identify make, model and variations of vehicles to source parts.
• Consult catalogues or databases to locate parts sources.
• Prepare invoices and process cash/credit transactions.
• Assist in warehouse operations and stock management.
• Order and receive parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for counter and phone sales.
