Job summary

IKG Talent is seeking a lead mechanical engineering designer and consultant for advanced facilities projects, with a strong focus on data centres and critical environments. You will provide technical leadership and ensure delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include managing complex mechanical services design, mentoring junior engineers, supporting proposals and client engagement, and championing innovative and sustainable design approaches for rapid deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with professional registration or eligibility.
• Extensive experience in mechanical design for advanced facilities (data centers, pharma, mission-critical).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
