Job summary

Macpherson Kelley is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Sydney. You’ll lead on a diverse range of complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, working with experienced Principals and a high-performing team.

You will provide strategic advice, shape case strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to new business opportunities while delivering excellent client service across industries.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

• Over 5 years of post-admission experience practising in litigation and dispute resolution (insolvency experience is a plus).
