Job summary

Macpherson Kelley in Brisbane is seeking an Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. You’ll work closely with two Principals and manage a variety of commercial disputes with exposure to insolvency matters.

You’ll provide strategic advice, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice with a client-focused approach. Our national firm values culture, growth, and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

We’re currently seeking a talented and client-focused Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. You’ll work closely with two seasoned Principals and be part of a dynamic group of high-performing lawyers.

In this role, you’ll lead a variety of complex commercial disputes, with exposure to corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters. You’ll have the opportunity to provide strategic advice, drive case outcomes, and contribute to mentoring junior team members.
