You will advise on complex commercial disputes, act for major corporate clients in regulatory inquiries, and contribute to high‑profile matters across domestic and international matters.

The role offers an opportunity to work with experienced Partners and a national team, with mentoring of junior lawyers and active involvement in business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Sound understanding of litigation processes and regulatory matters

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial disputes, including high-value litigation and arbitration
• Act for corporate and institutional clients in regulatory inquiries and investigations
• Assist with class actions, corporate crime matters and internal investigations
• Work on significant regulatory inquiries and public proceedings
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development
