You will manage complex design projects, mentor engineers, and support bids while maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat work. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; professional registration (or eligibility).
• Extensive experience in electrical design for advanced facilities (data centers, pharma, mission-critical).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and deliver under budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical services design projects and electrical components within larger programs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Managers, and other discipline leads.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance.
• Support bids and proposals; maintain strong client relationships for repeat work.
• Drive innovation and digital delivery in line with Jacobs sustainability and resilience goals.
