IFM Investors in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Director, Funds Management to partner with the Executive Director and shape the IRAPT Fund strategy. This role focuses on working with internal teams, Joint Venture partners and external service providers to align with fund objectives.

You will support investment decisions with timely analysis, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and deputise for the Executive Director as required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
