Hall & Wilcox in Sydney seeks an experienced corporate and investment funds lawyer to join our strong Corporate team. This role sits within the national Corporate & Commercial section, covering structuring investment funds, M&A, ECM and regulatory work.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of post-admission experience in corporate law.
• Experience in funds management and ECM is preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring and establishing wholesale and retail investment funds.
• Manage fund managers and investors on co-investments and joint ventures.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions and ECM transactions.
• Provide transactional and governance advice for AFSL licensees.
• Draft shareholders’ and unitholders’ agreements.
• Deliver regulatory, compliance and corporate governance guidance.
